We currently ship within Greece and selected international destinations. Availability depends on courier service coverage.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Free shipping promotions may apply when available.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery:
• 1–5 business days in Greece
• 7–21 business days for international orders
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email when it is shipped.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• We rely on third-party couriers and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
• If your order is delayed, we will assist in tracking the shipment.
• Lost packages will be investigated with the courier before any action is taken.
