14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order, without giving any reason and without any penalty.
For orders delivered in separate parts or in multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts from the day you received the last product of the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the above deadline through the withdrawal form available on this page or by another clear statement of your decision.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Fill in the form below with your order details. Once your request has been registered, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The product must be returned to us without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
The refund will be processed within the legal deadline, after we have received the products back or after you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Condition of Products Upon Return
Products must be returned in excellent condition, without damage, stains, odours, signs of use and, where possible, in their original packaging.
The customer may inspect the product as they would in a physical store. However, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if the use made of it exceeds what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Products must be returned together with all accompanying items, labels, instructions, accessories, protective materials, gifts or components included in the original order.
For educational tools, anatomical models, dolls, handmade products, craft items, candles or similar products, both the product and its packaging must be clean, intact and suitable for safe return and resale.
Return Costs
The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or unless the return is due to an error on our part.
The customer is responsible for safely packaging and returning the products so that they are not damaged during transport.
When the Right of Withdrawal Applies to Products in This Shop
The right of withdrawal usually applies to standard products that have not been made specifically for the customer, have not been used and can be returned in suitable condition.
By way of example, the right of withdrawal may apply to:
- educational tools related to pregnancy, birth, postpartum care or parenting, provided they are returned intact and unused
- anatomical models and educational models that have not been used in a class, presentation or practical demonstration
- dolls, newborn dolls, family dolls or other educational sets that remain clean, intact and without signs of use
- handmade decorative items or craft items that have not been damaged, altered or used
- natural beeswax candles or similar products that have not been lit, used or altered
- gift sets or product sets, provided they are returned complete, intact and with all products and accessories included
When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply in all cases. By way of example, the following are excluded:

Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Products with a personal choice of colour, material, size, composition, name, label, engraving, special packaging or any other form of personalisation.

Handmade products or craft items created upon special order or according to specific customer instructions.

Products that have been used beyond what is necessary for inspection and show damage, stains, odours, signs of use, tears, deformation or alteration.

Educational tools, anatomical models, dolls or fabric products that have been used in a class, workshop, presentation or practical demonstration, or that have come into direct contact with the body, skin, mouth, a baby, a child or another person, where they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or safety.

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been unsealed after delivery.

Products whose packaging has been opened, torn, soiled, tampered with or damaged in a way that makes them unsuitable for safe return or resale.

Candles, wax items or similar products that have been lit, used, melted, broken, altered or returned damaged.

Product sets that are returned incomplete, with missing parts, missing accessories, missing packaging or used products.

Products that, after delivery, have been mixed, incorporated or combined inseparably with other goods.
Examples
If you purchased an educational anatomical model and the product remains intact, clean, unused and suitable for return, you may request withdrawal within 14 days from delivery.
If the educational model has been used in a class, workshop, presentation or practical demonstration and shows signs of use, stains, damage, or cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or safety, the return may not be accepted.
If you purchased a doll, newborn doll, family doll or other educational set and the product is returned clean, complete and intact, it may be accepted as a withdrawal return.
If the product has been used, soiled, washed, modified, damaged or returned with missing parts, it may not be accepted or the refund amount may be reduced.
If you purchased a natural beeswax candle and the product has not been lit, used or altered, you may request withdrawal within the legal deadline.
If the candle has been lit, melted, broken or used, it will not be accepted as a withdrawal return.
If you purchased a product created specifically for you, with a special colour, material, composition, packaging or any other form of personalisation, the right of withdrawal may not apply.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Withdrawal should not be confused with a return due to a defective or incorrect product.
If you received the wrong product, a damaged product or a product with an obvious issue, please contact us immediately so that we can review the case in accordance with the law and the shop’s return policy.
